Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Lab Yesterday (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "Members") utilizing the "Casto" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the Casto application and related services available to Members, regardless of the device used (PC, mobile, etc.).
- "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Service, agrees to these Terms, and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
- "AI Content" refers to all results, including characters, stories, episodes, and images, generated by the Member using the Service's AI technology.
- "Popcorn" refers to a consumable in-app currency that Members can top up via in-app purchase and use to access certain paid features within the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms within the Service so that Members can easily recognize them.
- The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws.
- If the Terms are revised, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for the revision along with the current Terms within the Service.
Article 4 (Registration and Account)
- Users apply for membership by filling out the form provided by the Company and expressing their agreement to these Terms.
- Membership registration may be completed through third-party identity providers such as Apple, Google, or Kakao (hereinafter "Social Login").
- The Service is provided without age restrictions; however, children under the age of 14 may require the consent of a legal guardian.
Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)
- The Company provides AI-based fiction creation and character casting services to Members.
- The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle. However, it may be temporarily suspended due to technical or operational needs.
